Refund Policy

Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you wish to make a return inquiry, please contact us or send an email to  info@armyspecscoffee.com with your order confirmation number and the reason you want to return it.

Return Policy: Coffee

We do not accept returns on coffee due to its perishable nature. However, we are quite willing to resolve problems as they arise. If you have any issues with your coffee, or if there are errors in your order, please contact us at info@armyspecscoffee.com within two days of receiving your order. We will do our best to ensure that you are satisfied.

If we mistakenly shipped your order, we apologize (it will be a first time for us!). Please contact us at info@armyspecscoffee.com providing evidence of the wrong items that you received and we will make it right as soon as possible! We will contact you with information on how your return or exchange will be processed.

Shipping Policy

Our roasting process is the magic behind our success. Being a small batch coffee company allows us to provide you with the freshest and highest quality premium coffee. At Army Specs Coffee Company we are committed to deliver the best coffee to anyone, anywhere. We ship our freshly roasted coffee using DHL Express, UPS®, and USPS. Shipping carriers may vary and are selected by you at the checkout process.

To our international costumers:

We care about you! We can ship out coffee to practically anywhere in the world! There are restrictions on some countries where we are unable to ship internationally. Once you place an order, you will be able to ship it to an international destination outside the United States of America or Canada. International fees, customs duty, or other taxes are responsibility of the costumer. To avoid any kind of issues, please reach us at info@armyspecscoffee.com before placing an international order.    

We start the fulfillment process immediately. If your order is fulfilled before 13:00 GMT-4, it will usually ship on the same day. Because of our commitment to deliver your coffee as fast as possible, any changes must be received within an hour of receiving the order confirmation email.

During your checkout process, you will be able to select your preferred shipping method from the options that will appear depending on the shipping address. Once your order has shipped out, the delivery process you selected will begin.

The delivery time will appear on your checkout process too. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may or may not appear on the shipping quotes page. If you have questions regarding the status of your shipment, please refer to the tracking number you are provided on the shipping confirmation email, or reach us at info@armyspecscoffee.com.

Please keep in mind that we commit to deliver your order to the carrier as soon as possible, but the shipping is the carrier's responsibility and any delays are out of our control. Nevertheless, we are more than happy to assist you with any issue you may encounter during this process.
